If pop-in is manually used one time, pop-out don't works anymore in that tab.
Is this intentional? Maybe.

@andrew84 Transparency and automatic video pop-out. You can click on the gear on the top right of the video pop-out to enable/disable them.

Since we are improving pop-out video, why not enable multiple pop-out and full screen?

How does this one time automatic video pop-out supposed to work ?

I enabled it by default in opera://flags and nothing happens when I watch a YouTube video.

@nanana1 If you are watching a video in a tab and move to another tab, you should see that video in a pop-up in the bottom right of the screen.

Don't forget to enable it in settings too.

What about the VDAVideoDecoder issue in chromium?
Will be this ever fixed or Chromium team acknowledged the bug, at least?

This bug is still there
When you turn on the youtube picture-in-picture mode and then try to increase the size of the video window, then in some videos the entire browser starts blinking fix it please this bug has been present for a long time
