@temkem: You mean it stays overloaded in both (with and without sound animation) cases. I didn't test the new 64 build, but new 65 build (65.0.3467.48) works similarly to Developer version (but I may be wrong).
It's worth checking the CPU load in Windows's task manager or better to use Opera internal task Manager (Shift+Esc)? -

@andrew84 I mean, there remains a high CPU load, regardless of whether I hover the mouse cursor or not on the tab on which the audio or video is played.

@andrew84 This is how it looks on Opera 65.0.3467.48 when playing audio. It can be seen that when I hover the mouse over the tab(just hover the mouse, not mute), the load on the processor is reduced.

What is today's update bringing us? In other words, what is the changelog for Version:65.0.3467.48? Thank you.

Hi @treego, it seems to be a silent, security update, but still not for all recently fixed security issues. I can't check it right now, but I think I'm right.

@treego For me it seems to improve on 'Tab Icon/CPU' problem. It is not perfect yet but better than couple of recent versions.

@zalex108 The length of the company name is sometimes a problem, however there are real issues with EV SSL certificates:
- In order to be effective, users would need to modify their behavior when NOT presented with an EV certificate. However they do not.
- It is possible to mimic someone else with the corporation name by registering the same corporation in a different jurisdiction.
- The world's 10 largest sites don't use EV certificates
- EV certificates use the same encryption algorithms as DV certificates. When connecting to a website using domain validation, the connection is no less secure than EV. The important thing is not whether the company who owns the website has been registered in their local jurisdiction; the important thing is whether or not the connection between the browser and the server is actually secure.
- EV certificate installation and renewal cannot be automated.
- Many studies that apparently show that EV certificates are beneficial are commissioned by certificate authorities themselves.
- When the company that owns the website doesn't match the domain name, this leads to confusion.
- EV certificates do not support wildcards

Didn't knew all that about it.
Then it seems unnecessary.
