Hi @treego, it seems to be a silent, security update, but still not for all recently fixed security issues. I can't check it right now, but I think I'm right.

@treego For me it seems to improve on 'Tab Icon/CPU' problem. It is not perfect yet but better than couple of recent versions.

@treego: Yes, they still have not fixed the CPU consumption when playing video and audio.

@zalex108 The length of the company name is sometimes a problem, however there are real issues with EV SSL certificates:

                      1. In order to be effective, users would need to modify their behavior when NOT presented with an EV certificate. However they do not.
                      2. It is possible to mimic someone else with the corporation name by registering the same corporation in a different jurisdiction.
                      3. The world's 10 largest sites don't use EV certificates
                      4. EV certificates use the same encryption algorithms as DV certificates. When connecting to a website using domain validation, the connection is no less secure than EV. The important thing is not whether the company who owns the website has been registered in their local jurisdiction; the important thing is whether or not the connection between the browser and the server is actually secure.
                      5. EV certificate installation and renewal cannot be automated.
                      6. Many studies that apparently show that EV certificates are beneficial are commissioned by certificate authorities themselves.
                      7. When the company that owns the website doesn't match the domain name, this leads to confusion.
                      8. EV certificates do not support wildcards

Didn't knew all that about it.

                        Then it seems unnecessary.

@leocg: It's the standard "Windows FW has blocked some features of /installdir/65.0.3467.48/opera.exe" with a prompt to either allow or deny.

looking at the excemption rules created by Win FW it is UDP 17 and TCP 6

The browser has become very voracious on the processor, everything slows down. In other browsers everything is fine.
