I used it for 20 minutes for work, it seems fast.

But in my opinion, it would be better if the Opera team implemented all the visual innovations in this new browser, and left the standard version of One in the classic visual design as it was starting from the 100th version

Instead of a new browser, you could have made a comprehensive theme for Opera One.

Reminded Opera Neon concept browser.

But at first sight looks a way better than Opera One, more elegant and smoother (visually).
But on the other hand, it's sad that the 'copy - paste' browsers conveyor is still in work and distracts developers attention from the main desktop browser which still needs a lot of work to become as smooth as pre One version at least. There's a chance that the Air browser will suffer the fate of the Crypto browser.

*Btw, when trying to watch youtube videos it's freezing a lot (HW accel. is on).
