Opera introduces Opera Air – a new browser built to make you feel better

Instead of a new browser, you could have made a comprehensive theme for Opera One.

Reminded Opera Neon concept browser.
But at first sight looks a way better than Opera One, more elegant and smoother (visually).
But on the other hand, it's sad that the 'copy - paste' browsers conveyor is still in work and distracts developers attention from the main desktop browser which still needs a lot of work to become as smooth as pre One version at least. There's a chance that the Air browser will suffer the fate of the Crypto browser.*Btw, when trying to watch youtube videos it's freezing a lot (HW accel. is on).

Yeah, i also don't get why they push like three different browsers which all use different skins essentially have a bit of different features, instead of having one browser with three different modes which enable or disable certain features.
All of them have some usefull stuff on its own, but i won't use three different browsers at the same time.
I also don't understand why they don't focus on polishing stuff like the sync, which is unreliable and slow compared to the competitors, it's completely missing from the iOS app... -

@erdinc53 Vivaldi, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, they all have full syncing capabilities, it's not apple in this case.

@vyrgozunqk They don't have all the features. far behind their Android counterparts.

@erdinc53 I use Edge on both Android and iOS, the only difference is the lack of extensions on iOS, while there are few on the Android version.
Everything else 1:1
Same is valid for Vivaldi. Sync works. -

It really looks great and I hope they will take some clues from the design over to their flagship browser. I suppose that it‘s mainly a marketing thing anyway. But who knows?
Me for my part, I hope that such developments don‘t take ressources from their main browser. -

@Himmelssheriff99 I guess the browsers are simply for different audiences.

@leocg Probably, but I wouldn't mind a blend of both in a way, as I really like the design.
I guess it may go the way of Opera Crypto in the end, giving One-users the opportunity to enable the Air-stuff in the former version.
I'd say for me it is very important though, that the development of Opera One doesn't suffer from the efforts für GX and Air, but that it rather gains from their insights and special features.
