I got the same problem. I've tried to turn off all extensions, clear cache/cookies, no results, does not work. It does work in private mode with VPN on however.

Can we please finally get the feature to remember video pop-up location? It's really frustrating to move the window 100x per day.

I also encountered the issue with tab snoozing today despite of the feature being off.
Happened just after launching the browser and opening Settings page.

Sorry, I didn't get it.
Compare the normal effect (in pre One version) vs not normal where the suggestions dropdown merges (visually) with the toolbar and bookmarks bar.

@andrew84 In Stable it looks more uglier because the shadow effect is also missed and additionally the address field stays white but the opened dropdown's background is changing after editing the theme.

In Edge also looks correctly.
