      @kened I never relied on built-in adBlocker.
      I use built-in adBlocker + uBlock and had no problems with youtube's ads but recently I started to receive warning massage randomly that I'm using adBlocker.

      First it was just a popup which I could just close by pressing the [x], later the message stayed for a while (~5 sec.) without possibility to close it, today I received message that I have only 3 video views limit before video player will be blocked.
      Maybe this is because I'm using older version of Opera because I tried in Opera Developer and in latest Edge and there's no such issues but there is almost no browsing data because I don't use these browsers daily.

      *Right now I deleted all cookies /data related to youtube and currently I don't see the warning message but maybe temporary.

        Why use the built-in adBlocker? Isn't one uBlock enough?
        I only use uBlock and in 10+ years I have never had problems with YouTube and warning windows there

              @andrew84 Google is trying to crack down on ad blockers. But I believe that Artificial Intelligence will end their business sooner.

                I really don't know. Maybe kind of habit to see the highlighted blue shield icon in the address bar

                  @andrew84: just buy yt premium. you are using yt because you find it useful, it helped you learn any tutorial on whatever job you are doing, repairing your car with a yt video etc.. it fair enough to pay them back instead of pirating them when you are grown up. No one work for free whether it the youtuber or employees from google.

                        @firuz-u7 Is this maybe a Windows only issue? I can select any part of the address bar by clicking into it and drawing with the touchpad on my MacBook Air.
                        Admittedly, I have to click twice into the address field. First time marks the whole URL, but by clicking a second time it's possible to select.

                            @arodi007 I agree but partially.
                            As for your example, not all tutorials can be useful, some can be harmful as well but YT is not responsible if you will broke your car after watching a video.

                            I'd better donate a person who uploaded useful and valuable video.

                            Opera has built in adBlocker fo example, you want to say that Opera is pirating YT and other websites?

                            In this case you should pay for browsers you use. You're using Opera browser (for example) for free and you're fine.

                                    Okay just installed 110.0.5130.35 and same exact issue.

                                    Is anyone from Opera monitoring this? I have not received a single response to this issue!

                                          Well yet another 2 releases and still the same issue. And nobody from Opera has replied to my post or reached out to investigate. So much for customer support.

                                          I am a long-time Opera user so I will try to keep using it, guess I'll just have to stay on V109 for a while ....
