Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content.

I abandoned Opera GX. Until you add the enhanced address bar, I won't be using it again.

@kened I abandoned enhanced address bar some time ago. I don't know how it can be useful in its current view, I don't need top or most visited sites and the recently closed I can see using SearchTabs popup.
I also understood that it's useless to suggest improvements to make the BABE similar to previous enhanced bar. There's even no word already about promised shortcuts.

@andrew84: The difference is in the fluidity of navigation: accessing the speed dial, to access the suggested sites, seems to me slower than simply accessing the address bar.

@andrew84 What do you call most visited? here I see the Top Sites, what is the feature I am talking about, Recently closed and Visite Again (or something like that).

@kened in my case all the three options (top sites, visit again and suggestions on start page) show different tiles/items.

@andrew84 At least here the top sites and visit aren't exactly the same. And I have speed dials suggestions disabled, as well as speed dial itself.

Here too, that's why I'm asking, to know on what basis the sites are shown.
For example 'top sites' are most frequently visited sites, then on what the 'visit again' is based?

@andrew84 I guess the visit again are pages that you may want to check again, that maybe you don't visit often enough to be a top site but visit on a regular basis.

@andrew84: I use all versions of Opera, on several computers, and all of them synchronized; so I can't compare visit again, top sites and suggestions on speed dial.

@leocg Probably suggestions on start page mean that sites were visited often enough to be 'suggested' but still not often yet to be 'top'. What an advanced algorithm (really an artificial Intelligence).
