Opera won't be opera if it doesn't break something with every update. Right now I have this nice huge white square instead of browser. It doesn't show anything. It doesn't do anything. And previous version got removed when I tried to reinstall this one.

And the reason of this white square is that I had Vulkan renderer enabled in previous version. It seems to be broken in this last one. Removing "Local State" file from the profile folder helped.

If there is a QA or testing department in Opera - they should all be fired.

No! In Yandex and Vivaldi, everything is OK!

Opening a chat in messenger also opens the user profile description. I do not need to see it every time. It is not possible to close it. It takes almost the whole display.

@ironbone: Sorry, it is possible to close it but why it opens for the first time. Then it is ok.
Maybe this is the problem of my old configuration.

Did you fire the guy who kept the blog up to date? Why is the Opera 70 entry pinned and all versions after that are mere updates?

I use the one specifically for Opera.
The problem is this, exclusively with Opera. In Chromium, that's OK!

@shion-san: Confirmed. The same bug here. But there is an easier way to overcome the bug. Just start opera from CMD with --no-experiments parameter and then disable Vulkan in flags.

It seems folders no longer open in Bookmarks Bar when hovered over, but only when clicked on individually. Or is it my mistake?

In Adguard, the problem persists! The problem is obviously in the Opera itself!
