      @jojo0587: I use Opera in my native language (Polish) on a daily basis. I changed the language to English to give exactly what information will appear then. Of course, a restart was required after the change. The site was still down then. I returned to my laungage and after the next reboot, the site is already operational and then there is information about using some cookies.
      I can see the solution to this problem are Opera restarts. But there is a bug that prevent the saving of cookies.

      My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).

        @jojo0587: OK... since the restart related to the Polish language, I have not restarted Opera. Once the site is up and running. But after closing this site, she stopped again. Again, there is the same message and again, the site does not save any cookie.

        My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).

          @jojo0587 Try disabling opera://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies to see if it makes any difference.

            @leocg: I disabled it but site still doesn't work. Opera still doesn't save any cookies for this site.

              @kmielczarczyk

              Why is there this feature in Opera when it doesn't work properly?

                  @jacknielsen: The same happens to me. I go to extensions updates and there is nothing.

                    @leocg: no. In my daily Opera, I'd rather not lose bookmarks, settings, extensions, etc.

                        @jojo0587 You don't need to lose them. Just rename the current directory so you can test with a clean one and late you copy your old data or re-enable the old directory.

                              After updating opera 72 I get this warning. The extension is opera ad block. I updated it. I keep getting alerts.

                              "Additional permissions are required to upgrade the plugin. Go to the add-on manager to accept the upgrade."

                                    @teknomobil: Solution: Open the plugin and update the ad filters.

                                          @pepe2: It's broken in all Opera versions, except Opera GX. I stopped using all versions (stable, beta, developer). Waiting for a correction.

                                            @jacknielsen We’re sorry for that issue. It was caused by one of our internal extensions. A fix has already been released, and the message should no longer appear.

                                            A few words about our internal extensions, as the topic raises some concerns: Hidden extensions are an integral part of the browser and all are made by Opera (none is third-party software). We use this technology to implement a variety of functionality, just as we do in the native code. Extensions simplify some tasks and allow for more flexibility (e.g. we are able to release a fix without releasing a major update). In situations when performance is not critical we consider using an extension if it’s reasonable, so the required permission is nothing to worry about.
