Sidebar bookmarks panel is still bad (not smooth at all):
Excepting the bookmarks search(search works quite fast in Dev), the similar result in Dev.- bookmarks search is still super slow and folders are expanded after removing search phrase https://forums.opera.com/post/198285
- domains are still partially cut
- Resizing the both pinned History and Bookmarks panels on SpeedDial page is very laggy
- bookmarks panel's right border flickers in light theme while resizing it. Light blue background is visible while increasing the width, and the search 'circle' looks hidden while decreasing the width of the sidebar (with enough folders/bookmarks expanded).

Like in Developer, in dark mode there is a full screen light blue (almost white) flashbangs when opening Extensions and Settings page.

Still missing upper right buttons - they appear back if the right browser edge is moved left/right, ie. resizing window.
