Okay, I have a workaround, and I've tested on Dell laptop (where I experienced the problem), and on my two desktops ... all of them running openSuse Tumbleweed distro, and the KDE Plasma desktop environment.

Please note: this fix applies to KDE Plasma D.E., so if you're running GNOME or other D.E., this will probably not work.

a) Start Opera and resize its window to your preference, and location on the screen.
b) Use the keyboard combination <Alt> + <F3> ... on my Dell laptop, I have to use <Alt><Fn> + <F3>.
c) See screenshot #1 ... choose More Actions, and Configure Special Window Settings.
d) See screenshot #2 ... Add the three Properties shown - be sure they are set to "Remember".
e) Click Apply and OK

See screenshot #3 ... you will now see an "extra" topbar, which by default is not shown

Okay, so, hear me out:
I love the Workspaces feature, I can organise my myriad of tabs by what I need them for, but that's still a lot, and sometimes I can only see icons of those tabs, so I wanna propose making folders like we have for bookmarks but like it works on Discord, here you put certain servers in one folder that you can easily open/close and they won't clutter space.

That's how they could work:
You open a bunch of tabs You open menu with all tab tools You pick "create a folder", make one and then drag needed tabs in there Then, when you click on that folder's icon you minimise all tabs in there without closing them
And done! All tabs are still open but don't clutter space and we can switch between them without closing them!

I hope it makes sense, it's kinda hard to expres my thoughts in English ^^"

Go to https://sync.opera.com/web/ and reset your synced data (all your synced data will be removed from Opera's servers). Then go to sync settings and set a new pass-phrase.

@sgunhouse Yes, that's it. It's more of a progressive thing however, if I am watching it the audio isn't out of sync with the film/tv show to begin with, but it slowly becomes out of sync, refreshing the page fixes that but only for a short while. I have only recently started using Opera, so I am unsure whether this could be due to an option that I could select in order to stop this from happening.

Speaking of Speed dial - I miss Stash.

I use the Pocket extension for this purpose. You could also use the sidebar extension, V7 Stash. They both work excellently.

On the menu go to Settings. In the sidebar, click on the option to show "Advanced" settings. Click on the Browser section, and scroll down to "Start Page". Select "Hide Search box".

Where I do see such suggestion it is on old Help pages for Opera 12 (Presto) - but you have to google that page up...

Hello folks.
Thank you for the support and tips.
All you were right: one extension was leaking the real IP by WebRTC. For my surprise was "Privacy Badger" of EFF.
This extension set "Use default public network interfaces only" as default. In this option de real IP of ISP leaks.
For curiosity I also tried "Use default public and private network interfaces only" and "Use any suitable network interface (recommended)". Both leaked my ISP's IP and local router IP.
