I bet the user did try linebreaking. But it's not clear to new users that this forum has it similar to that on Wiki.

We have no input into what they block. But forecast would not surprise me as they do try to block words that psychic astrologer would use. Mind you, that's not really what he's peddling - he's more into the black magic stuff instead of telling the future.

Topics and headers don't refresh/renew much!

Been whining about this thing for a year now or longer!
Myself, couple of other guys, other random posters -- headers/links/titles don't follow recent changes! Yesterday and today it perseveres for myself definitely.

Well, i guess that part (contact someone privately) wasn't implemented yet.

Because you didn't say categorically -- you have only supposed --, I'm not calling into question your words, saying that it "smells" more to my nose that they are old rules, when "My Opera" (that allowed it) had not died , and forgotten withdraw. I do not believe they will make available again these private communications between parties. Better withdraw.
