Like this one, which I wanted for something else and it conveniently had URL shortner included as well as in the right-click context menu: https://addons.opera.com/en-gb/extensions/details/google-services/

You can install Chrome extensions in Opera O_o My goodness have I wasted time. Makes sense though because Chromium.
