In Opera 27, I accidentally created a folder called "Other bookmarks".
For some reason, I cannot delete this folder.
There is already an Opera folder called OTHER BOOKMARKS.
Is there some way to get around this?

@neversaynotopanda I am starting to think that Opera has officially "jumped the shark".
"I would like a nice big fat scrollbar please."
That would be the perfect name for a chocolate bar!
I wonder if I could patent that name?
I'll call Hershey in the morning.
Again today, at the bottom, these damn Speed Dial suggestions.
Get your act together Opera. Or are the Chinese demanding it?
I don't know if this will help you, but I use Hekasoft Backup.
@leocg ... I hope my following reply does not come across as snarky.
It's time Opera got back to basics. If the Sync procedure does not work as it should, then why enable it at all? Fix it so that it works properly.
Does the average user really need "smarter news" and Netflix
recommendations? (From the blog). Same with crypto wallet access.
I'm still waiting, (not so patiently), for a proper bookmarks sidebar. Similar to Firefox, that can be accomplished there by using prepared CSS code. Yes, I know Opera has sidebar extensions, but they are clunky.
i hope the near future will see Opera return to its roots.
Found the problem. The extension User-Agent Switcher was turned on.
My thanks to all that replied.
My apologies if this has been asked before. I have two main browsers; Opera and Firefox.
Firefox has some updated bookmark entries that I do not have in Opera.
If I re-import the bookmarks from Firefox, does Opera start over, so to speak, or will I have duplicate entries?
I use the "Z" key to go back a page. It's been that way for eons.
After the last update, the function was turned off. Not by me. What's happening here?

I've been an Opera member for years and have contributed to the forums, yet I have to still solve a ridiculous Captcha riddle?
No thanks. Unless I get an apology or explanation, I'm gone.
@tareqtareq ... That only works for search results. It will not work with bookmarks or Speed Dial entries.
@rif ... To be honest, I'm not sure. Perhaps someone more versed in coding techniques could help here.
Download STYLUS. Then add a rule such as "a:visited { color: #00CD00 !important; }".
Select any hex color you want. Don't include the quotes.
I am on version 75.0.3969.218 and just noticed a new extension has been added
without my permission. The extension is Amazon Assistant.
Please Opera. Do not ever do this again.
I've been an Opera member for decades and I still have to answer a captcha? Give me a break.
There is a problem with the Speed Dial titles. The characters in the titles have the letters running into each other. Scrunched together is the best way to describe it.
@leocg ... this is interesting. Every Extension that is not from Opera add-ons has a corresponding red dot also. No action is required. It looks like it's just a warning notification.
