@platonio In Opera for desktops, go to the bookmarks manager page and copy the content to the 'Speed Dial' folder. Or to the folder with the name of the device you want.

@parsley If you mean the passphrase, first you need to reset your synced data at sync.opera.com.
After that, you go to sync settings in Opera and create a new one.

If it's the regular password, just click on the forgot password link on the login page.

This is how it was designed to work. Your speed dials from another installation can be seen at other speed dials, your current speed dials won't be automatically changed.

No bookmarks or other speed dials either. I have Opera Mini on my iPhone but no corresponding speed dials or bookmarks there either.

Synchronisation is not working so it seems, is there a manual import option?
