i format my laptop to change OS, and reinstall the opera, i note that I had forgotten my password for synchronization so I recovered it, and when I am going to finish the synchronization it asks me for my encryption password phrase, which I do not remember having created and therefore I do not Do I have access to the saved emails and passwords that I use in my work are more than 540 passwords that I can do to synchronize my account without losing all my data?

@addys1305 Use your old OS password. Try also your old sync password.
