Can't log in in Opera in one windows computer

Hi everyone!
I have Opera (57.0) recently installed in three windows computers and android phone, and its working perfectly except in one of the computers.
I can log in an sync in my home computer (W10 64), laptop (W10 64) and android (8.1) cellphone.
But not in the machine of my work (windows 7 64 pro), when i try to log in I get this error:An error occurred during the log-in process. Please try again.
I would think that the company firewall is blocking Opera, but I can navigate perfectly through the internet. Could it be that Opera uses a specific port for the log in, and that it is blocked?
I already tried configuring with and with out the company proxy with no change in the outcome.
I am going to ask for help with the IT people, but before that if i can gather a little more of info would be great.

I have exactly the same problem. I was just testing Opera. I see the issue is quite old.

I'm also having a similar problem. I have already reviewed the entire configuration on all my devices. I use on my pc-house win10, pc-work win10 and Android 7 smartphone and it is not synching the passwords on the smartphone and is not synchronizing the bookmarks between all three devices. I usually log in to all three devices.
However, the bookmarks I record on pc-work are not appearing on pc-house, and vice versa and neither on the smartphone.
I already used bookmark synchronization in Chrome which works fine, just not so well syncing passwords. But my main need is the markers. So if I can not make this Opera sync work, I'll have to change my browser.
Unfortunately in this forum I do not see much help from the moderators. You do not have technical level help.
