i entered www.sync.opera.com and there my speed dials are untouched but they didn't sync either, and the bookmarks that appear there are the old ones.
is there a way to recover my bookmarks and all the lost passwords?

if you want to close all your sessions, login to your Opera account in auth.opera.com, click on Sessions and remove the ones you want.

At some point, I uninstalled and reinstalled Opera on my phone, leading to the deletion of all of my phone's tabs, however they were preserved for a while in my synchronized tabs.
Today, I logged into my laptop and I still see the four tabs I expect in synchronized tabs:
My phone
My phone (this is the duplicate, representing my older instance of Opera on my phone)
My laptop
My PC

However, my second phone tab is now empty. Unfortunately, I did not have the foresight to save the listed tabs, which I should have done. That being said, is there any way for me to recover those tabs at this point?

I formatted my pc, and had sync active with almost every password randomized, even my account, so, i reseted it, then when i was about to resync my passwords it shows me ''password phrase'' and that phrase was randomized and i dont remember nothing about it, basically i lost all my passwords if there isnt a way to change it

Unfortunately, if you’ve forgotten your Opera Sync passphrase, there’s no way to recover the saved passwords the passphrase encrypts your data for security. You can reset sync to start fresh, but old data can’t be decrypted without that phrase. For future safety, note down your new passphrase when setting it up again.

Fresh windows asks for a passphrase. I have a laptop that holds all my bookmarks. I don't care about the saved passwords, I can re-enter them if necessary. In the laptop, I don't have an option to set/reset passphrase either.
