By definition private tabs are not saved, so if the browser is restarted for any reason they won't be there.
opera history vanishes itself after 1 month!

Yes, I'm in sync.

I am attaching 3 screenshots.

In the first one you will be able to appreciate the lack of the "other speed dials" button, in the other two the confirmation that I am synchronized.

On the other devices I can see this one, but on this one I can't see any of the others.
