Recovering speed dials after crash

My Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 crashed. All my apps remained, but no storage was accessible. I had to do a factory reset.

After reinstalling Opera I logged in and turned on sync. 76 passwords showed up. A few history items, one bookmark, and and no speed dials. I had a ton of speed dials.

There's an Android/Data/Opera.com.browser folder on the SD card but I can't access it.

I'm screwed, right?
