I fully agree with this idea.
I would like to add cookie / websote data isolation between the workspaces (like containers). We can choose what all gets to go across and what does not. It would make it easier to have your professional Google account open in one workspace and the personal one in another but your accounts for other services like Spotify, Netflix, Reddit (user selected wesbites) are allowed cross workspaces.
I don't see your point. How would it be better? Anything older than a day already has the date on it. It's only "today" and "yesterday" that don't have the date and I think that's absolutely unambiguous and convenient to have it say "today" or "yesterday". I don't want to see a date and have to figure out myself if that was yesterday.
The only thing I would prefer is having the day of the week added to the dates (anything older than a day).
@iamrishishah said in [Mini]Find text "in page" and "in History" is missing:
There should have an option in the browser where user can search the text in the web page and in the history tab.
Find in page is in the 3 dot menu at the top right corner of Opera Mini's header. Find in history isn't available, unfortunately.
Wow, thanks! At least there is rectangle selection (would never have guessed! especially in List view)! But it still doesn't allow me to make several selections (like 1-10 & 15-30 & 37-50, etc), which Shift+Click usually does.
But, again, in History - no selection whatsoever
Re: Unable to delete search box history
Sorry to raise what may be an old 'wound' but this subject is gotten to me now.
It spoiled my wife's 50th birthday surprise party.
I can't remove old searches and , of course, despite my best efforts and trying all the remedies suggested on previous threads, suggestions still appear in the search box the moment 1 or 2 characters are typed.
I've been a fan of Opera for probably 7 or 8 years now, but now it seems the developers have gotten greedy.
It's obvious why they have removed the ability of the end user to totally remove their browsing habit.
well, they've lost my entire family now, we're all removing Opera totally from Our various machines.
Greed pays in the end I guess, but not for the end user.
Farewell Developers, thanks for ignoring the numerous requests from your loyal users to add a very simple and genuine security, but none profit generating, tool for their safety and comfort.
Take a good hard look at yourselves, you've became horrible.
