Since we've got some inquiries about the solution. Here it is.
We have filed a bug to AppsFlyer* and they have fixed the issue. So the solution is to update the SDK version to the latest. They fixed the issue in 6.10.1 https://support.appsflyer.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001256006-AppsFlyer-Android-SDK-release-notes
*It was an AppsFlyer bug
@waplesmaples If you are in a recent version of Opera for Android, the Gust account means that you are not logged in to sync.
So, when you login to Sync, your data should start being synced.

Chrome allows you to download any video, while Opera (mobile) unfortunately doesn't.

@sign-out Then that's it, when data savings is enabled your data (may) goes through Opera servers and some sites may understand that you are using a proxy.
