Opera Presto will not receive updates neither will come back. Also, Opera Blink will not clone (all) Opera Presto's features. There are alternative browsers that try to mimic Opera Presto and everyone is free to try them.
That said, there is no meaning in keeping topics like this.
There are two globe icons on the main page: one is to choose the interface language, the other is to choose the forums SPOKEN in the language you need. They look the same, so it's confusing.
That is correct. Opera does not officially support Chrome applications or extensions. If it does not work it is not a bug and should not be reported. If it does work just be happy.

You are correct, howver, that this is not an obvious thing, so maybe Opera should do something to make people aware of this - you may change the size by mistake and then you are stuck ... 🙂

No problem. The forum swallows underlines (interpreting them as formatting characters). Since I saw the italics in your post - and the BBcode - I knew exactly what happened.
Hello! Please know the scrolling issue isn't Opera's fault. If your using a touchpad it's because of that. You can disable it via your touchpad settings. Search google for instructions.
