  Can you create a demo HTML file with a simple file chooser input and some simple JS that reproduces the issue?

  Also, does the issue happen in other Chromium-based browsers like Vivaldi, Brave, Chrome and Edge too?

  Cannot install Opera VPN Pro

  To install VPN Pro, you need to have the 64-bit version of the .NET 8 desktop runtime installed. See https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0.

  Newer versions of .NET are supposed to be backwards-compatible these days, but unless the bug in the VPN Pro installer was fixed, you need to have 8 installed directly.

  I don't have a list of countries in which VPN works as it changes over time.
  However, we you don't the "vpn" button it means it's not available in particular country.

  I would suggest to start from a clean profile and log into your Opera Account. This should updated your Speed Dials automatically.

  @Reteipa Opera has never fixed synchronization lol. I stopped syncing 2 years ago because of the passphrase nonsense. Tried to sync again today to see if they fixed that bug and the answer is NO! 😂 They still need a passphrase I never set even though I am set to sync with google account and as mentioned above they'll randomly log you out of the account hence disrupting the synchronization ever so often.

  @Spacey42 At https://www.google.com/preferences?#tabVal=1, there's a "Results in new window" option. A few weeks ago, some users were having issues with that setting where it was off, but Google was behaving like it was one. Users had to enable it and then disable it again and that fixed things. I think some were able to goto the URL opera://settings/content/all, type google.com in the search field and click "Delete displayed data" to fix it too.
