  @crustyduster Menu > Page > Print. You can also use Ctrl + P.

  The print/preview dialog is the one Chromium offers and I think it good enough for its purpose.

  Some extensions might do that. The only time Opera asks for your system password is if you go to Settings and ask to see your saved passwords, or if your computer starts without asking you for a password.
