  Hi, Finally it got resolved.

  Initially, the Startup feature is set to "Open Specific Page....." option.

  Now I set to "Begin Fresh...."

  I'm having the exact same problem. Has this been fixed yet? I only get the second screen that the gentleman who originated (I think?) this post was getting. I've tried numerous times to reset the pass phrase or just input one. I have never seen the the smaller screen the other guy posted which asks for the pass phrase....????

  Okay, I see. Thanks for clarifying. Not sure why that was removed. Must have happened in some refactoring of the bookmark folder menu.

  You can try using --disk-cache-size to limit the cache size. Don't think zero is valid though and don't know how strictly Opera will following the directive.

  You can try using --disk-cach-dir to put just the cache folder on a RAM drive.
