Found out I could use my PIN number to access the password manager's edit functions. So all is well now. Thanks again.
2 opera... Not possible to remove reinstall.. Why?

In both of those Operas, goto the URL opera://about and look at both the "profile" and "install" paths to see what's different. That will at least tell you where things are.

But, see https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/opera/clean_opera_from_windows/ for how to more-thoroughly clean Opera and reinstall it.

At 2:11 when he talks about the video settings cropping mode, i just put it on automatic and i was good to go.

If anyone is wondering how this problem even exists: I can say, i had this video resolution bug before and for me, it was when i played a videogame with a different resolution then i used to. When i was going to watch a video or a stream the problem occurred.

i think i found a solution to my problem but not a fix, i wanted uk english and i got it by deleting opera and removing its related folders and files, then restarted pc used a vpn to get a uk location , downloaded opera .
now uk english is the default setting, it's ok with me, but if i want to add a second location a change uk to a different location the same old problem persists , i cant save that setting if i refresh or close/reopen opera it goes back to the the default single location.
