@daria19 is there any fix for this issue? It persists even in the newest version, mentioned in the topic's title.

@John30011887 this is why I switched from Chrome to Opera, as Opera will continue to keep uBO. Now Opera is the only browser I use, most likely I won't switch to anything else.

@marinaz909 that's good, please also check the other issues I did post in the other topics I did create, these problems are also annoying.

After updating to 117.0.5408.142, the opening animation when I click for new tab also became laggy.
Before updating, it was smooth.

If you try moving the color palette fast when customizing the theme, there is a delay between the mouse cursor and the palette cursor.

In Opera GX, that delay/lag is a lot more worse.

As you can see in the video attached, if I open a new tab (Speed Dial) while I'm on a webpage playing something, the animation when I close the tab closes is very laggy, and sometimes (but I couldn't get on camera this time) even the opening animation lags a lot.

Here is a recording of the issue, look closely when I open the tab, and then close it, you'll notice lag.

How can I fix this lag?

I also noticed lag besides some visual bugs.
