DNA-97709 opera:flags does not work with dark theme

Not fully fixed. Randomly the page is still white and it is need to click refresh button or reapply the theme.

Still no fix for tab X button. I guess 3 months already the simple bug can't be fixed.

Chromium 100 removed the flag #enable-force-dark. I don't know what I gonna do. I don't like to use dark mode extensions.

The red area on top of the page at https://www.swr3.de/ collapses when Opera is relaunched or the page manually or automatically reloaded/updated. This area should always stay unfolded and show the moderator's name and photo and the songlist. No problem with other browsers with or without chromium.

@kened: Although this is definitely an option I'm a bit worried about sites misusing it by making this happen to video ads, which will instantly turn into pop-up video ads
