Make fast tooltip optional in Settings before the flag removal.
Or make same domain's tabs dropdown expandable (https://forums.opera.com/post/268438)

*Personally, I'd prefer both: option in Settings (that brings back the small simple tooltip) + expandable list (if fast tooltip enabled in Settings)

@andrew84 I think the background of the 'This tab is playing audio' should have the same color as tooltip has and text itself should be blue (the same color as sound icon)
I also think that the simple text doesn't look functional, maybe is better to have adjustable volume level instead.

*I already saw the suggestion on forum https://forums.opera.com/post/265102 and I think fast tooltip suits for this.

it seems that few portions of the default Chromium's violet color leaked into Opera (popups, flags, settings).

I'm still missing quick action buttons (like in O58) on the enhanced address bar and I keep the feature disabled.
And why not to have an option to hide sections and show items as tiles with ability to scroll items horizontally. Currently BABE's recently closed simply duplicates SerchTabs's recently closed. In the case of BABE it could show items differently(as tiles) if comparing with SearchTabs.
*Also it's not fully clear for me the difference between speed dial suggestions vs Top sites vs Visit again (how they are suggested and rated)
