Expandable fast tooltip

If dev don't want make the fast tooltip optional in settings, I'd suggest make expandable (collapsed by default) list if there are more tabs from the same domain on the fast tooltip. (If there are no more tabs, then no arrow visible at all)

Actions:

1. When hovering the arrow it temporary shows the list where tabs can clicked. Next time the fast tooltip will be shown collapsed again.
2. If the arrow was clicked, the list will stay expanded for other tabs too, until the arrow will be clicked again and the dropdown will be collapsed and will work again as described in 1. case
