There are a number of viruses and other malware that change your default search engine, by limiting it to those supplied with the browser they prevent malware from changing to some bad search engine. That's their explanation anyway.

This issue happens to me on any Windows machine I try using Opera on. "Ask where to save each file before downloading" is toggled OFF, but Opera still asks me where to download files each time I go to download a file.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

@operagem Depending on the file type, the Save As dialog will always show up for security reasons.
Also, that setting is more for when you right click on a link and choose save content as.

How to sync the Speed dials between devices?

@lvhoang You enable sync and select the option to sync bookmarks.
Speed Dials from other installations can be found under Other Speed Dials in the bookmarks manager page.
