Agreed. As someone that also has a tab open with Discord every day, I really wish the Discord side tab option was in regular Opera and not just Opera GX. (Yes, I know about the ability to add my own sites manually)

I use many different machines and it would be extremely great if Opera sync also included extensions when synced.

I find it odd that this feature is missing from Opera when almost all other browsers have this. It's a shame because I think Opera is a fantastic browser setting aside this one point.

@sushant I noticed that both Opera and Vivaldi are the only major browsers that do not seem to support the back swipe gesture on trackpads/touchpads. It'd be nice if that feature was implemented.

I always found this so strange that Opera is the only major browser out there that does not have this feature. Count my vote for this too!

Hello! I love the UI of Opera in general. I think it has the nicest UI out there compared to other browsers.

Having said that, I'd like to put in my thoughts for possible options in the future.

1. independent sidebar theme
   It'd be great to be able to toggle the side bar with light/dark but not the rest of the browser. I can especially see myself keeping a dark sidebar but keeping the rest of the browser in light mode.

2. scheduled theme change
   Vivaldi has a great feature where you can schedule when to use which theme. For example, starting at 9 PM Opera would automatically change to dark theme and stuff like that.

Anyway, thanks to the devs for making a really nice browser with great quality of life features.

Coming from Edge where it has such a beautiful reader has left me wishing Opera had one too. I would also appreciate a built-in reader mode instead of relying on an add-on.

Posting to add my support for extension sync. I can't believe Opera is the only major desktop browser to not have extension sync.

This issue happens to me on any Windows machine I try using Opera on. "Ask where to save each file before downloading" is toggled OFF, but Opera still asks me where to download files each time I go to download a file.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
