@nimbark76 Probably because you didn't reach the minimum requirements for that yet.
Due to a recent attack of spam in the forum, the criteria for allowing start posting without approval had to be changed.
@mpstaton Opera has its own snapshot tool and you can use it to take a screenshot of just the page
@HandIzivi We will know when they release a version with those features.
