It works perfectly for me on Fedora KDE Plasma with the latest Opera RPM.

I fixed the FFmpeg issue by replacing Opera's bundled libffmpeg with a working version compatible with the latest Opera build. After the replacement, video playback works normally again.

So for me, the latest Opera RPM works perfectly on Fedora KDE Plasma — the problem was only the bundled FFmpeg library.

I can upload the working libffmpeg and provide the link if needed.

As a test, does it happen with a test standalone installation of Opera.?

Do you happen to have CCleaner installed? Kaspersky, Eset, Bitdefender?

For what it's worth, no issues here in Opera 134.0.5954.66 64-bit on Windows 11. I even turned on Opera's adblocking and tracking protection with all lists enabled. Still shows up just fine.

@NatureWithGreenWorld You would need to have a backup of the "Sessions" folder in the profile folder (profile path shown at the URL opera://about) from the time your tabs were still there. If you have a backup like that, you can delete everything in your current "Sessions" folder and copy over the files from the backup "Sessions" folder.

Or, see https://forums.opera.com/post/406843 for how you can extract the open tabs from backed-up session files and open them back up.

Yeah, I’ve noticed similar issues with LinkedIn, especially the slow loading and browser freezing. Instagram can be pretty buggy too, particularly with comments not loading properly. It could be worth clearing the cache or trying another browser. Also, LinkedIn to ATS might be worth looking into if you're having issues with LinkedIn.

When I visit "\Local\temp folder, there isn't any "scoped_dir".

Next time it happens, choose "Restore file" and then go in the scoped_dir folder and see what files and folders are in it and list them here.

I just installed version 134.0.5954.66. No more Adware.Swagbucks!GSRE pop up.

vertical tabs are not really that bad and could be handy sometimes, but it should not show in the rightclick menu and the tab bar should be integrated in the sidebar instead of ending up with a double bar on the leftside of every window imo
as it is atm not handy

Did you try logging in via Google account? You can also try
logging to auth directly from auth.opera.com using magic code and setting up password in "security" tab.
