@burnout426 The bug was already reported and fixed some time ago for the EasySetup's wallpaper tiles. It seems they just didn't apply the fix for the Settings page.

1. start page's edit theme shows the old palette dialog while the EasySetup's theme dialog shows the redesigned one.

2. As was already suggested earlier the color accents for the light and dark modes should be able to set separately.

*For example for the light mode I set purple accent and for the dark one some bright blue.

@Opera-QA-Team what about raising the priority for the bugs related to scrolling which stay unfixed for months/years.
Especially the 'click on tab to scroll to top' feature while moving tabs. >https://forums.opera.com/post/403419
