We have refreshed the Player, My Flow and Crypto Wallet icons to enhance the visual appeal

You'd better first refresh the sidebar setup panel. There's still 'holes' in the UI when the setup panel is open.

Currently you hid the animation for start page (speed dial) opening. This is very reasonable because the animation looked really slow and bad.

        2023-11-22_215452.png

But the animation for SD tiles opening still persists.

The both animations should be disabled if the 'reduce animation' toggle is enabled in Settings.

          Strange behaviour:

I click links in newsletters to read the full article and Opera opens these pages twice (two tabs with the same page).
I have tried five different newsletters from different companies. There is no change in my e-mail program and I did not have this behaviour in the previous versions of Opera.

            Couldn't confirm with:

            launcher.exe "https://example.com/"

            Couldn't confirm with:

            start "test" "https://example.com/"

when Opera Developer is the default browser for https.

Couldn't confirm by clicking a link to https://example.com/ in an email in Thunderbird when Opera Developer is the default browser for https.

Didn't matter whether Opera was closed or already opened or the startup option.

@burnout426, I tried again with another newsletter that just arrived. Same behaviour. I tried with all extensions switched on and with switched off. Same behaviour.
Now I closed and restarted Opera and it was gone. Strange. I'm curious if this reaction will come back.

@andrew84 Obviously the panel should look like a solid pane with the sidebar or it should be separated and look like a 'bubble' too, with rounded corners

@ralf-brinkmann I've had the very same thing with latest 105 build. The UAC was firing up a pop-up window and the links were opening twice.

I've tried to start Opera "As Administrator" once. The UAC window pop-up showed as well. Then I closed Opera and opened as a "user" and it all works now.

Looks like it needs to make some specific changes to the OS else it keeps being annoying about it.

@karen-arzumanyan, yes, and it is extremely annoying.

Still curious what's the 'V-Panel' (#gen-v flag) in Experiments?
Will it be smth. valuable or again refers to gaming or crypto stuff?

@andrew84 It is/was something promotional related to the Prime Video series as far as I know.

1 click to a tab works like double click so page content scroll up and down until it stops at the beginning

@ranger375 I can confirm here too that the scroll to the top feature is broken.

You still haven't fixed the problem that dragging the right edge of the scrollbar on Linux drags the whole window instead of scrolling.
