Unfortunately, the bug https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2023/01/opera-96-0-4691-0-developer-update/#comment-299700 (that tabs to the right of the currently active one swap their position with another when clicked) is still present. This is very annoying because it can mess up the whole, carefully constructed sequence.

@ralf-brinkmann
Opera-Team, is there already any workaround? This bug is driving me crazy. -

@angelinapaluyanava, thank you for your return message. I think in the meantime I'll go back to an older version.

Synchronization-with-master-password workflow still not flawless.
SpeedDial shows this banner:
Clicking the button leads to this, 'cause I'm already logged in:
Now choosing (red arrow) "Synchronize your data" beams you into
opera://settings/syncSetup
:
As you can see – there is no provision to enter your master password! Consequently the account toolbar dropdown sill looks like this:

I have a problem with https => http, specifically the site http://www.seychellesnewsagency.com/.
This site from Seychelles has no https, only http. I have set "Always use secure connections (https...)" in the basic settings for Opera under "Security" and allowed "Insecure content" in the special website settings for this page. However, when loading the page, I get the error message "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." The explanation is then "The certificate is invalid". I first have to switch off "Always use secure connections" for ALL pages in the basic settings for Opera, then it works. I have no problems with other browsers such as Google Chrome, Vivaldi, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and can open the page immediately after confirmation.
