Next step is to fix the microscopic font on the blog page in comments section.
*Also, the current font style for text in the blog doesn't look nice (too bold a bit). Previous was much better.

One more thing I noticed is that if I click changelog, there's commenting field at the bottom but no comments visible which are visible in build's post.
*So there shouldn't be comments on the changelog page, I guess.

we’ve been working on a rewrite of the Start Page, and we would like to present you with the concept. Although there aren’t that many changes for you as a user, there’s an important change for us: a new modular nature that will allow us to make bigger changes later

Maybe in future Start Page could have more powerful customize settings?
Like was suggested earlier, settings for start page can be separated from EasySetup menu, and EasySetup will fit more general features switches in this case.

Some icon on start page which opens a popup where user will see all the options which currently are in Start Page section in browser Settings (toggles for: Shopping/booking corner, hide/show SD tiles and search box and other) + some new start page customizing abilities.

*For example, side bar has its own setup panel, but why start page can't have also?

Can you please fix the comment section? I don't know if there's no one who has a high res screen at Opera but even when zooming in the text in unreadable because it's so small.

In speed dial (blank page) its not working delete option of bookmark...

@kened I saw (on your screenshot) about this "auto-hide" feature hidden in "opera://flags". So I checked it out for myself, and it worked. But I think I want different colors (that matches my current theme) and has an animation
