@artemeas: had to reset all the synced stuff on sync.opera.com; after setting up sync again it now showed additional encryption options in settings, where I could specify my passphrase. but all the synced bookmarks and so on are now lost.. site showed I had over 500 bookmarks. now after resetting and syncing from this PC, I now have only 160 bookmarks. good job

Opera abruptly closes when I try to attach any file on whatsapp in the sidebar.

@leocg: I'm using another notebook now, with a different version of Windows 11 (Insider). Here the bug don't occur.
Tomorrow I'll test it again. -

This flag (opera://flags#address-bar-dropdown-categories) prevents enhanced address bar to work. This affects all versions of Opera (gx 88, crypto 88, stable 88, beta 89 and developer 90).
Should this flag be disabled by default? -

@kened according to changelogs enhanced address bar was replaced with address bar dropdown categories.
So the #enhanced-address-bar flag should be removed, I guess. It's really unclear why the flag is still there and enabled by default. -

@kened Sorry, there's some confuse with these flags.
I can't test it normally now in Stable because I don't use it and most probably the data is not collected yet.
In Developer version the address bar dropdown categories works here if the #enhanced-address-bar flag is disabled, but in this case I just don't see the toggle in browser Settings.
So to see the toggle (only to see the toggle) I must enable the #enhanced-address-bar flag too. I think this is a bug. -

@andrew84 On Opera developer it's working fine, but in the others versions of Opera enhanced address bar don't work (with menu dropdown flag enabled).
