@leocg I have yet to confirm if Opera has such a request feature. On top of that, I can't even access sync.opera.com to see if my passwords are archived there.

@leocg I get this error message:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.HTTP ERROR 400

@hopkinsthemovie Do you get the same in other browsers? Seems a server issue.

And now, I am able to view the sync page, showing I still have the 26 saved passwords on there, but they are encrypted.

@hopkinsthemovie Now login to Sync (the service, not that web page), so that your data, including the passwords, can be synced and used.
-

@hopkinsthemovie Then the only way would be resetting it and your synced data.
-

@leocg I do not want to lose my only chance at recovering the synced data.

There should at least be a way to download my encrypted passwords from Opera Sync.

@hopkinsthemovie You couldn't read them without the right password anyway.

@sgunhouse It's either my passphrase or my previous account password that can be used. However, I have forgotten both.
-

There needs to be another way to access those encrypted passwords so as to recover them.

@hopkinsthemovie There isn't and, most probably, there won't be for security reasons.
-

@leocg I request my passphrase to be emailed to me, using the email address associated with my Opera account.

@hopkinsthemovie Here is not the place for such request. You can try using this page or their social networks to make your request but, as I said, they probably won't be able to help you not only for security and privacy reasons but also because the don't have access to your passphrase.

@leocg I previously submitted a form and still waiting to hear a response from it.
