when casting a video in 1080p from opera to chrome cast it shows black stripes on left and right. when casting from the same pc but from chrome it shows in 1080p (no black stripes)

It seems that the new build 71.0.3770.0 is ready, but all folders are empty. Changelog also doesn't open.
