      • DNA-86900 [Settings]Drop-down setting lists blinking in dark theme
      • DNA-87104 Right click context menu becomes scrollable sometimes

      Thank you for these fixes.
      *There's possibly a minor issue is left, while expanding dropdowns some white line appears first at the bottom.

        Visual issue here. All channels.
        After creating a new tab and if not moving the cursor, the [+] button flickers , seems like it still stays focused for a moment (more noticeable in dark mode).

          Problem with this version and with the actual beta 70.0.3728.8:
          When I reload pages with the domain .com (especially all Opera pages and some other) AND I use Cloudflare as DNS-over-HTTPS server either the page can not be found or the page is loaded but unformatted. Mostly the page is not found.

            @ralf-brinkmann: can't confirm it here on Win8x64.
            When hitting Ctrl+f5 to reload the result is the same?

              @andrew84 Yes, it's a little difficult to find it out. I had this problem already with the beta and didn't know the reason. So I went back to the old 70.0.3693.0 (developer).
              Now, in this version, the problem with searching in speed dials by keyboard is solved but I found again, that all Opera pages were not found after reloading. Not the first time, but after two or more times reloading.
              First I thought it is uMatrix and tried to allow everything or disable it. But that didn't help. Then I had the idea with Cloudflare and disabled it (set it back to the standard provider). At once I could reload all pages without problems.
              Then I enabled Cloudflare again and had no problems. After minimizing Opera to the taskbar and maximizing it again the problems started again. Sometimes I could bring the page back on the screen with SHIFT-F5 (after F5 had failed) but mostly it didn't work. And there are no problems with .de and .net, only with .com so far.

                @ralf-brinkmann: I can only suggest to check the same sites with a clean temporary profile.

                  Unfortunately, one of the main problems is still not resolved. I mean the background multiple flashing/blinking issues while starting the browser, white flashbangs when switching internal pages, when opening bookmarks.

                    @ralf-brinkmann: Similar problem here. Sometimes I see unformatted page, sometimes an error page come out (dns_probe_finished_nxdomain). I tried also with Google DNS.

                        suggestions (details via links)

                        1. Dark mode for 'Search in tabs' popup. *Increase the recently closed tabs items count.
                        2. Separate EasySetup and StartPage settings (https://forums.opera.com/post/216422). Without start page settings the EasySetup menu will be more compact and 'Features' section can be returned. For example 'Workspaces' toggle should be in EasySetup (sidebar is meant only for visual adjustment, not for enabling browser features), myFlow, cryptoWallet toggles should in EasySetup ( maybe some more features- Personal news, Battery saver for example).
                        3. toggles for the whole sections in sidebar setup (https://forums.opera.com/post/216335)
                        4. the adblocker/tracker blocker icon visual states (https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2020/06/opera-70-0-3728-0-developer-update/#comment-215331)
                        5. 'search in sidebar panel' feature (https://forums.opera.com/post/215831)
                        6. adequate menus/dropdowns items highlighting in dark mode and restyled/ refreshed menus/dropdown(https://forums.opera.com/post/216236).
                        7. restyle extensions menu icon in the toolbar (https://forums.opera.com/post/216199)
                        8. view extensions in stores (https://forums.opera.com/post/216407)

                          video pop-out bug (at least on youtube).
                          when clicking on timeline the volume indicator jumps to full, also when paused the volume is shown as full.

                              DNA-87180 Update the SD fallback design.

                              It's too small now.

                                  @simcard: It seems to be worse if I use F5 only (what I usually do). With SHIFT-F5 or CTRL-F5 it does not happen so often and it's more successful to get the original page back. I have also tested with Cloudflare and Google Public DNS (I don't know what this "https://opera.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query does"). As far as I can see only with .com pages. No problems with .de and with my standard provider T-Online (here in Germany).

                                    I just did a reload of all tabs (right mouse button), what forced Opera to close and restart. Is that a wanted behaviour or is it because of my 71 open tabs?

                                        @colt69 from the changelog.
                                        DNA-87358 Set Flash state as disabled by default.

                                        You still can enable it, but on December 31, 2020, Adobe Systems will officially stop updating and distributing Adobe Flash.

                                        Adobe will be removing Flash Player download pages from its site and Flash-based content will be blocked from running in Adobe Flash Player after the EOL Date.
                                        Adobe always recommends using the latest, supported and up-to-date software. Customers should not use Flash Player after the EOL Date since it will not be supported by Adobe

                                          @colt69 Almost all browsers are dropping support for Flash since some years due to the end of Flash lifetime in the end of this year.

                                          Sites that still use Flash should already have been updated.
