Using Opera browser with Linux for more than 10 years, just awesome. At this time Opera is the more creative, innovative browser in the world. Each major update it's juste awesome. Thank Opera team developer. Developers love innovation, developers love Opera #Thanks

@paulsg1: probably crapera freezes because the synchronization feature.
On my Arch Linux crapera 69 took ~20 minutes to unfreeze after opening by the first time.

Remove the black outline around the fields and drop-down lists, it looks very poor.

In recent versions, it takes about 30 seconds to download speed dial, a similar situation with the browser settings window. Even on SSD.

Why? I work really hard to block these so called free speech social media platforms that steal your information and track you. i sincerely hope that you programmed in a way completely disable this added bloat to this browser or I am out.

Yandex is doing a nicely job in picture-in-picture. Its pip can enable automatically, user can change pip button position on screen and, recently, they added subtitles on pip.

@firuz-u7 I totally agree with you, without the Viber plug-in would not be a proper update.

@kened I noticed and reported the same, the yandex's PiP is more advanced (like Opera's previously).

@andrew84: It seems to me that Opera sold its own picture-in-picture api to Yandex and adopted the w3c api.

On linux, change the color of the text of a highlighted entry of the context menus to white please. Black on blue is ugly and barely readable.

@icetom87 You should be able to disable it in settings.

@leocg: i did already. advertisements in speeddial always come again with new Opera versions. popup "change your car insurance " etc. i reported this already here multiple times and the only answer is "disable in settings" which clearly does not work. Opera always makes a new advertisment in the next version and ignores my settings. almost seems intentionally but this browser turned into an advertisement.

Not sure if it's youtube's fault, but the built in ad-blocker no longer blocks youtube pre-roll ads. You just get a white screen with a "skip ads" button on the video. I tried with uBlockOrigin extension and it blocked the ads.
