  Quick update: I thought it was just a problem with GCP condole (console.cloud.google.com), but, I had another crash on this GCP documentation page: (https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/import/requirements-export-import-images). Seems like it might be an issue with all cloud.google.com pages.

  I though about the same solution than you did,so I have tried the same settings:

  but it does not work...
  The site where I faced the problem was just late to update its certificate, so I cannot verify if a reload solves the issue; but it seems to me that I tried and it didn't.
  On this specific subject, EDGE is much more intuitive with a "continue" button....

  @leocg thanks for your input. I was digging around online and found that Opera doesn't sync the speed dial the way I thought it would. I did want you said and copied and pasted.

  @leocg When the message appears I am already logged into Amazon. If I enter the PIN it gives me an error, if I cancel the window disappears.

  @burnout426 W11 and what theme is a good question. It turns out that my old theme and wallpaper was causing the problem. New install with current themes got rid of the problem but I miss my old wallpaper. If I add the old wallpaper then it is white on white again for titles within groups no matter what theme was chosen to start.

  @leocg Opera One, up to date. I wouldn't think it would be a problem since it's within Opera, but after having a new monitor not work with my email program within Win 10 a couple of weeks ago, I don't take anything for granted.

  I haven't checked the functionality when not syncing, but I also have the same problem and I use syncing. It's been sometime over a month since I encountered it.

  Desktop does have the option to set a keyboard shortcut for opening Flow in the sidebar, and for sending page links without opening it.

  A separate window would be nice, I support that. But for now, you might find use in pinning the sidebar window and decreasing the width if you are using it a lot (top right icon in screenshot).

  Same thing in Chrome. Chrome shows the HTML source when clicking on the attachment even though:

  Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8; name="testattachment.html" Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="testattachment.html" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

  is in the source of the email.

  Seems to just be Gmail's behavior (now I guess).
