      For the past 10 days, I haven't been able to log in to icloud.com from my Opera desktop browser. The site displays a warning saying “identity could not be verified.” However, when I try in Opera's “private mode” or another browser, there is no problem.

      I uninstalled and reinstalled the Opera browser, deleted all extensions and cookies, but nothing changed. I'm using the latest version of Opera (v122.0.5643.142) on Windows 11.

          If it works in private mode, that implies that it's either a cookie issue or cache issue or an issue with an extension that's not set to run in private mode.

          Does everything work fine in normal mode in a test standalone installation?

              @Stvrs i reinstalled it and worked fine for some time and happened again. Then i cleared browsing data and worked fine for a short time and started to happenning again.

              I don't know what developers have changed in Opera in recent months, but this situation is causing significant slowdowns in my workflow.
