2 Versions of Speed Dial

There is the native version of Speed Dial (see image) and the one that appears when you import an HTML file (see image) - that is confusing and not very elegant! I have tried to synchronise but no joy. Likewise when trying to delete the native version. Anyone got any ideas?!

@timdamer The images are not showing the same thing. One is showing opera://bookmarks and the other shows the start page/speed dials.
