@steadythrone376 The error message implies that the object chrome.tabgroups does not exist, yes? Hence the only way to fix it would be to create it, and all its associated features and functions. Probably possible, but by no means trivial.

I just discovered that you can turn off New Look by going to opera://settings/early_bird and turning it off. Everything goes back to normal. That really could have been mentioned somewhere.
I hate this new update, I can no longer close specific tabs when there is more than like 10 and they are so small because there is so much empry space inbetween the UI elements
ok i found how to do it click on the synchronization thing then at the 404 error page get rid of the v2 and desktop so it is just auth.opera.com/login or click the link and put in your account and password i just found this out too it helped me from crashing out hope this helps
@LuminousNova777 If you have set up a second factor authentication for your account and no longer have access to the authenticator app nor have the backup codes, then you probably lost (access to) your account.
