this would allow people who have their second monitor on the right to use opera on their second and drag and drop files from their second monitor over to their main monitor without potentially opening anything inside of the sidebar (for example discord, whatsapp). Disabling the sidebar will return the sidebar randomly if opera decides on it (im guessing update or refresh)
